Blog Post Everyday In April: Little ways to change your life

Hey everyone! Today’s post is a list of little ways to change your life 🙂
*These may not all work for you, but they’re all suggestions of what you can do!*

  1. Do a big clear out: clear out your wardrobe, your mug collection, anything that you want!
  2. Start writing in a journal: maybe keep a dream journal, or just a regular one, just writing stuff every day will help keep your brain a little bit clearer.
  3. Sing and dance around as if no one is listening/watching: even if you think you can’t, it doesn’t matter! (plus, dancing will burn loads of calories if you’re into that)
  4. Yoga: yoga is known to calm people and keep you zen, it’ll help clear your mind too! Plus, you don’t need to be a professional or do it in the gym!
  5. Take a class: take a class in anything you like, photography, calligraphy, computer skills, whatever you want. It’s even better if it’s something you love to do and something that can help you get a job in the future!
